The food was good, albeit a little slow. But, with everything prepared fresh once you order, the wait was OK. The dining room was a bit hot and humid. The fish was hot and tasty. The garlic herb shrimp were flat and just OK. The hush puppies were surprisingly good. Fries and coke slaw were good. Two meals with medium sodas came to $20.70. Fair value for the quality and taste of the food. A manager was checking with everyone in the dining room making sure everyone was happy. Nice touch.

Okay, I don’t often stop at fast food restaurants but we were starving and went ahead and hit Captain D’s. I have lived in Southwest Georgia for 9 years and let me say, this was HANDS DOWN one of the best experiences I have ever had at a restaurant here. Not just at a fast food restaurant, I mean any restaurant! Customer service was TOP NOTCH, Super friendly and very attentive! They literally made my day. So if you cruising Down I-75 in Cordele GA and are hungry hit the Captain D’s you won’t be disappointed!!!

I've been eating at Captain Ds all my life and never got a piece of fish like this. I was told "That's how it was made." Sorry but that's gross.

Our family of four dined in. Three of us had Chicken and the other fish. Our sides of okra seemed to have just been sitting as it was extremely soggy. We had to return to the counter several times for enough, condiments, and napkins. They were not readily available. The restrooms were not cleaned. My mother and I chose to use the gas station restroom.

Placed 2 orders here a family meal and a Fish sandwich...The family meal came out first and then it was a 5 min wait for the fish sandwich ...the person at the window taking orders was a bit rude and a snobbish attitude when asked for additional sauces and napkins ...we drove 30 miles to get home the food was

I went through the drive-through here and got fish and hush puppies and it was gross. It seemed overcooked and very greasy. The employee wasn't very friendly either. I won't stop here again.

The lady in the dining room was awesome; she was taking drive-through orders, sweeping and checking on each table. Unfortunately the food was just okay. Fish was not crispy, hush puppies were under cooked and we barely got any "crispies" under the fish. Definitely not the experience we are use to at other Captain D's locations. I will say the food was hot.

Walked in. No one greeted us. In fact we had to wait for the cashier to get off Facebook to take our order. My husband is 6 9" so he could see her phone. She never spoke one word to us except to give us the total. And when we went to get our food it was just sitting on the counter...left alone with handfuls of sauce on the tray. Food all tasted the same...fries,fish,shrimp,hush puppies....all tasted the same with different textures. We ate inside, tables weren't clean. We left and not a thank you or goodbye...nothing. seriously if the owner and GM can't do any better than this just close it....that was the worst service I've had in a very long time! So bad I'm also filing a complaint with corporate!
